Troop 112 in Springdale has three youth vacancies for a 12-day
Backpacking Expedition, or Trek, at Philmont Scout Ranch, July 15-29,
2005.  We will accept participants from any Troop or Venturing Crew in
Westark Area Council. 

You must be at least 14 years old by January 1,
2005, or have completed the 8th grade and be 13 years old by date of
participation.  Cost is $495 to Philmont Scout Ranch, plus approximately
$150 travel expenses to and from Philmont.  All meals at Philmont are
included in the fee.  

We must mail a partial payment to Philmont by Sep 28, so contact Terry Mitchell, Troop 112, no later than Friday, Sep 24, at 479-756-1416, or terysmitch at cox-internet.com .
