Last Minute Scouting U Details

1) We are in the process of entering all of the scouts into our database and once we're finished we will begin emailing confirmations to each troop. Be looking for those within the next week.
2) Don't forget that we will NOT except any new registrations on the day of Scouting University.
3) Scouts will NOT be allowed to leave class for lunch to join their troop or friends. Make sure each of your scouts are provided a sack lunch.
4) Check-in will begin at 7:30am in Bell Engineering Hall and will end at 8:30am (make sure you allow plenty of time for you to check-in).
5) Closing ceremonies will begin at 4:00pm and should only last approximately 30 minutes.  Both Opening and Closing ceremonies will take place in Bell Engineering Auditorium.
