    Scoutmasters, and Unit Advancement Chairpersons:

    Lately I have received Eagle Scout Leadership packets from scouts, and leaders, that have not contained all the information, and paperwork needed to process. In particular there have been several completed projects submitted that were missing the Eagle Scout Rank Application!! Some have not included requirement 6 (Life Goals and ambitions, and awards), some are missing the required signatures of Unit Leaders, and dates. Some proposals have not been signed by the proper representatives in the signature blocks. ALL of these problems lead to delays in the processing of the Application, and or Approval of the project. Please review your Eagle Scout Candidates Packet BEFORE it is submitted for all the information. If you have any problems, or questions, feel free to give me a call. Please continue to include the Scouts individual history report, or other documentation for rank advancement, and Merit Badges with the final project. This has been a big help at the Council Office. We still have a Long wait for processing though, so don't delay turning in paperwork, or it may be too late. Thanks to everyone for the good work!! I have sent 5 Eagle Scout Applications to the Council Office this last month, and have approved several projects, So I know you are delivering the program to your boys!!
