[Westark-list] Troop 122 needs help with sea base

Per our discussion yesterday here is information regarding the Troop 122 Rogers Sea Base Trip.  We are leaving July 14 from Northwest Arkansas Regional and returning on July 22.  We will stay overnight in Miami then head to Sea Base the next morning.

 

Here is what we are offering scouts that can go.  If they can pay the $425 for the airfare , hotel and transportation to Sea Base, we will allow them to make payments of  $100 per month for 6 months to pay off the $575 Sea Base fee for the boat.

 

We are in need of a full boat of people, at least 2 adult leaders and 6 scouts.  We have to have final confirmation by June 5th for the airfare, but the sooner the better as we are trying to decide whether to cancel the third boat or not.
