[Westark-list] Scouts In Need

We have had several requests to provide assistance for our Fellow Scout Troops in Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi.   The devastation is so complete that units have been unable to communicate needs.  
We do have contacts with a number of districts that will need help.   We will relay the needs as soon as they are compiled.
