Attention OA Members!

2006 Section Conclave, Slippery Falls SR, Oklahoma

The deadline for registering for the 2006 Section 3 Conclave is fast
approaching.  Final date is April 11, 2006 (that is 7 days from now).  If
you plan on attending and have not done so, download the registration form
from either westarkbsa.org or razorbackscouts.org websites, complete the
information requested and mail to the Fort Smith office with the Conclave
Fee of $ 35.00.

We will be setting up transportation from each of the chapters to
facilitate getting all of the attendees there with the least amount of
complications.  A small gas fee will be requested to help out those who
volunteer their vehicle for transportation.

2006 NOAC

We have several spaces open for the National Order of the Arrow Conference
that is being held at Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI.  If you
are interested in attending, get a registration form from the lodge's page
at one of the websites and send it in to the Fort Smith office.  The
conference fee is $ 345.00.  Travel expense is estimated at $300.00.  This
will change when the travel plans are finalized.
